Sono una persona a cui piace ragionare con la propria testa, avere le proprie idee e combattere per queste, le gabbie, anche se d'oro non fanno per me. Oggi volo nel mio cielo e corro verso quelli che ieri erano solo sogni e oggi sono obbiettivi. Chi un tempo cercava di legarmi per paura di dove potessi arrivare, continua a star fermo sul proprio posto a lanciare frecce, mi lusinga essere diventata così importate per persone che per me non valgono nulla, per me è tempo perso giudicarle ma loro...vivono per parlare di me! 😂😂😂😂😂ciao mitici, con le vostre frecce ci alleno i bicipiti 😘 . . . . .

Today was supposed to be a rest day but @sheerstrengthlabs pre workout was sitting at my front door so I had to workout I'm pretty honest when it comes to supps if they suck I'll say so.But this product kicked my ass! Hit deadlifts after skwaaats for the first time since injuring my back 3 months ago and managed to put up some okay numbers.So far so good 👌🏽 . . . .

.Dinner/pre-workout. -Pasta in dark soy sauce with veggie and sides. -Herbal soup with chicken breast and leek. *snacks; plums, light soy milk coffee, light soy milk tea, non-fat yoghurt with almonds. post-workout; brown rice drink+cocoa, chicken essence and herbal soup. Finally I am going to do some exercise tonight after around 2 weeks of break! Can't wait!
