Life in Berlin, 29/39 Dettagli notturni, contrasti. È buona abitudine, per chi ama la fotografia, uscire di casa al calare del sole per andare a ricercare qualche immagine, soggettivamente interessante, intorno a noi. In città la tensione cala, i ritmi e la frenesia del giorno si allentano, gli occhi concedono qualche secondo di attenzione in più ai dettagli, che sfuggono nelle ore precedenti a causa di un continuo crearsi di situazioni nel nostro campo visivo. Unisci la fotografia alla riflessione, aggiungi un po' di movimento e hai la formula per un ottimo antistress. In generale, non amo molto fotografare i monumenti del posto in cui mi trovo, penso che i simboli della cultura possano essere compresi attraverso le situazioni e gli ambienti quotidiani, per questo spesso il mio occhio finisce all'interno di locali e ambienti interni, senza presenza umana. Un salotto di un ristorante, ormai chiuso, con una stupenda luce soffusa per non nascondersi nella notte, una biblioteca sempre illuminata (il pensiero non dorme mai no?), a Kreuzberg delle scarpe disposte in maniera antiestetica, seriale e un po' inquietante. E se fa fatica portare il cavalletto, niente paura, basta un po' di allenamento: si abbassano i tempi, su gli ISO, ma non troppo, mano ferma. Ma soprattutto,!un bel respiro da trattenere per bloccare il momento, poi fuori l'aria che il parto è avvenuto, non guardatela subito vostra "figlia", immaginatela.
