But WOW is that so true and relevant not only in making a budget so you know exactly where your money is going but also when you are setting health/fitness goals, life goals, anything!! ALWAYS have something you are working towards, always have a plan! If you don't have your goals your arrows have no true direction and are just a shot in the dark hoping they might hit the target! Instead, have a plan and FOLLOW THROUGH!! Sure, you might miss a couple of times but at least you are going in the right direction and with determination and persistence you will hit the target, every single time! 🎯

When life gives you giant peanut butter cups....😛Listen guys, I definitely do not eat perfect 💯 of the time, nor do I try to! I leave room to have my treats because if I didn't...I would probably go insane. I'm able to eat healthy foods the majority of the time because I allow myself to satisfy my cravings in moderation so I don't get overwhelmed and binge eat!! I think if you are too restrictive you are going to set yourself up for failure!! That also doesn't mean eat ALL the food...it just means eat the things you are ACTUALLY craving in small portions! I cut this in half and ate part of it one day and saved the other for the next time I had a craving! If you do that, those cravings will become few and far between because when you tell your body you CAN have it...your going to want it less! Just like if you say you can't have it...it's only going to make you want it that much more!! Make sense!? Double tap if ya feel me!!! ✌️

If you are ever lacking motivation in anything in life I highly recommend you pick up a personal development book like "You are a badass" it will definitely give you that kick in the ass so that you can later kick ass!!! 👊

3 poblano chilies, halved, seeded
2 cups finely diced apples, I used Granny Smith
1 cup crumbled blue cheese or feta
1/3 cup chopped walnuts
Broil peppers for 3-5 minutes or until desired(or you can grill them)
Meanwhile, place the apples in a bowl and lightly coat them with lemon juice. Combine the cheese and walnuts and toss. Stuff this mixture into the chilies and serve as is or over a bed of mixed salad greens drizzled with a little red wine vinaigrette. Serves 4
When I was probably in 2nd grade I had this school folder that had a picture of a chocolate lab puppy on the front. My heart melted every time I looked at it and I knew someday I would have one!! Some days he's a butthole but most days he's my cuddle buddy and yoga partner as he's always laying on my mat 😂 We even tried to be runners when he was a pup but turns out we aren't actually runners 😂 But Diesel has brought so much joy to our family and I just had to brag on him a little! ❤️Comment below with your pups name and why you love them so much!! #crazydoglady

Ok it's official. I have fall fever! We went to a pumpkin patch today and I fell in love with this GOURG gourd! 😏 But seriously how cute is it!! Its so heavy I might just use it as a medicine ball during my workout 😂

Just a little tough love for you this morning: I can not tell you how many times I hear, well maybe if I had more time I could, or if it was better timing I would be able to stick with it. ✋ You will ALWAYS be busy and there will ALWAYS be something that you can use as an excuse not to start. So just stop making the damn excuses! Listen, I used to be that person too, I came up with every excuse in the book as to why I couldn't take care of myself but the truth was it was all BS! Figure out why you want something bad enough and just START! Find ways to make it happen! I promise you, no one ever regrets taking time for themselves!

Our challenge today in my Motivation Station was to get outdoors and do something active!! For me that usually involves hiking with the family! The kids love going and I love that they are learning how to be active at such an early age! It's so important to me to instill a healthy lifestyle for them now so they will carry it with them through life. 💞
Confession. I used to be a negative Nancy. I would always look at the glass half empty. Anything that someone would say or do I would find SOMETHING negative about it and get myself all worked up. I think it was because I was just so unhappy with the way I was living life. I was just a worn out mom with no other identity. I felt like I was only living for other people. It wasn't until I actually started taking care of MYSELF and realizing my passion, that my mindset started to shift. The changes I made were all positive ones so I just automatically projected more positivity! Crazy, huh!? If you put good in...put good out 🙌🏻
I've been getting asked how I stay motivate on my health/fitness journey. The truth is I'm not motivated 100% of the time. Some days I struggle just like everybody else. But, I always remember why I started. I strongly believe you need to find your WHY with anything you do in life! THIS is how you will find your motivation!! If you don't know why you are doing something then what are you actually doing?? And it needs to go deeper then just, "I want to lose 10 lbs." Think about WHY you want to lose the weight and figure out if that is what's truly going to make you happy. Most of the time it's not!! Your weight is just a number and has no say so in determining your happiness! Instead you should focus your "why" on more positive things and how it will make you FEEL on the inside and how it will not only affect your body but your mind as well. So I challenge you all to dig a little deeper today and find your true WHY!! If you need guidance or a little push 😏 I would LOVE to help in any way that I can! I'm just a message away friends! ❤️

I love being able to take my workouts where ever I go!! Something about not being tied down to a gym is so freeing for me!!! I also love the stares from people driving by wishing they were as cool as me 🤣
When life is constantly telling you that you CANT, throw back reasons as to why you CAN!! For so long I was stuck in the "can't" mindset! I felt like everything was going wrong and I thought that it was the outside world making it that way for me....when in reality it was only myself. When I changed my mindset, I changed my life. Now when life throws me lemons I know the recipe to make lemonade 🍋
When you get to wake up and do what you love every single day...you've found true happiness. My happiness is being able to stay home with my kids and still earn an income simply by helping others on their health/fitness journey as well as staying on track with mine! I would literally do this for free every single day because it's what sets my soul on 🔥!! I just feel so fortunate that I know I am on the correct path in life! I encourage you all to find what you LOVE and to do it every single day, you will be rewarded with pure happiness! Guaranteed!
There's nothing I love more then a good transformation picture!! It's usually pretty clear of the physical changes but the changes on the inside is where it's at!!! I can not express how much different I feel on the inside from my before photo to my current photo....and I'm more then certain my clients can say the same! The level of self respect I have is way greater then I could've imagined as well as my overall confidence. I look in the mirror and see a strong woman who knows her worth, and that is the best feeling ever!!
