One disease which develops in the heart is when you start thinking Allah is in need of you. Allah doesn't need us, we are dependant on him. If he wants, he can get animals to preach our Deen (which has been done in the past). People look into animals, which results in them accepting Islam. All he has to do is give the command and all the blessings we were given, will be gone. There were popular scholars and Huffaz of the past, with thousands of followers, but their desires led them astray which resulted in them forgetting the whole Quran. Indeed when Allah guides someone, nobody can misguide them. And if Allah misguides someone, nobody can guide him. The local imam or Ameer isn't responsible for your family, they can only do so much. Rather, YOU will need to teach them what's right and what's wrong, YOU will need to be there for them and show them how to please Allah, YOU will need to save them from Jahannam and save them from the wrath of Allah. The prophet ﷺ said "Indeed every single one of you is a shepherd and every single one of you will be questioned regarding your flock" (Bukhari). My dear ones, account yourselves before you're accounted for (your deeds), prepare yourselves before you're prepared for (your grave), and save yourselves and your families before it's too late. The last thing we want is us to be going Jannah, whilst our families to be turned towards Jahannam. May Allah save us and protect us all #HafizPatel#HafizSaheb#Islam#IslamicReminder#Tullab#Ulema#Ustaadh#IslamicReminder#IslamicTeacher#Spirituality#Taleem#Tabligh#Tazkiyyah#Muslim#Muslimah#Aalim#Aalimah#Hafiz#Hafizah
On the day of judgment, there will be many regrets. But amongst them, which Allah mentions in the Quran is "Woe to me, Had only I not taken such a person as my friend". This Aayah clearly shows the importance of having a good friend. Your friend will either be a beautiful Attar which you benefit from all because this person reminds you of Allah in your presence and mentions you to Allah in your absence. On the other hand, you can have a person who works in a sewage carrying an unpleasant smell wherever he goes. This evil smell is the smell of sins and whoever he comes into contact with, will be affected. Hence, choose your friends wisely. Shaykh Jalaluddin Rumi ؒ says the company of the good, will make you good and the company of the bad, will make you bad. Those who are of the same nature will fly off together just as a pigeon will flutter with pigeons and eagles will soar with eagles #Friends#Muslim#Muslimah#Islam#IslamicReminder#MuslimFriend#QualitiesOfAMuslim#InstaIslam
Right now these guys are just a sea away from Saudi Arabia Ma'Shaa Allah. May Allah accept these brothers for their sacrifice, grant them easiness and bless their patient families @hajjride2017 #HajjRide2017#Hajj#Islam
Imam Nawawi ؒ initiated his Arbaīn with the Hadith of Ikhlaas for the same reason as Imam Bukhari ؒ which is to emphasise the importance of sincerity.
According to a group of scholars, this Hadith is worth one third of the teachings of Islam. Now what is sincerity? Sincerity is performing an action solely for the pleasure of Allah ﷻ. For example, on one hand, you have one person performing Hajj solely for the pleasure of Allah, so they value it and make the most of every moment spent in the blessed lands. And on the other hand you have a person, going there and spending most of their time shopping, or taking selfies just to show off and gain more followers. In this example, the former has a higher possibility of acceptance than the latter, due to their devotion and valuing their time correctly.
So when should an intention should be made? One should not only for Deeni actions but also worldly actions. Make good intentions for everything you do. For instance, whilst your working, you intend that you are earning halal, to provide for your family through halal means and to nurture your children in a correct way. In this way, you'll accumulate plenty of rewards In'Shaa Allah.
The conclusion is that you'll receive according to what you intend. So if it's fame, wealth, social status, marriage etc. That's what you'll get. But if it's pure and sincere intentions, then you will be rewarded In'Shaa Allah. Maulana Ilyas ؒ teaches an amazing method to ensure your Ikhlaas is secure, which is continuously checking our intentions throughout the actions you do to keep the intention sincere and prevent them from being corrupt. Don't even do it for deeds because Allah knows exactly how to give rewards, don't do it for acceptance. Rather do it out of love for Allah. When you consider yourself as sinful dependant, insignificant and our beloved Allah as Merciful and most Compassionate, then this will be the highest form of Ikhlaas. #Hadith#Intentions#Ikhlaas#MaulanaYunusPatel#Islam#Bukhari#Muslim#Arbain#Nawawi#MaulanaIlyas#WordsOfWisdom#Mukhlis#Islam#InstaIslam#Hadeeth#Muslim#Muslimah#Sincerity
Only a teacher can understand the pain of not seeing a child who they consider their own. After much work on their Tarbiyyah, just a simple Salam to them will show that everything you've learnt, is put into practice. If you hide, then the Ustaadh will feel restless, a morsel won't go down his throat and the only thought in his mind would be 'What action of mine was it due, that my student couldn't even say Salam to me?' Imam Abu Hanifah ؒ had a student called Imam Zafar, because he once didn't say Salam to Imam Abu Hanifah, and the Takleef Imam Saheb was caused, he wasn't as accepted as Imam Abu Yusuf ؒ and Imam Muhammad ؒ . Wallahi, These amazing teachers are not there for the money, and neither are they there for the 'Wah Wah' of the community. Rather, they want the hearts of their children to be worth more than gold. The purpose isn't just getting good grades, rather it's keeping your Ustaadh happy with you and gaining his/her Dua's. A doctor wants people to be ill, a lawyer wants people to quarrel and dispute, the police want criminals, bank want people who are bankrupt. But an Ustaadh is such that regardless if you're young or old, healthy or ill, beautiful or ugly, they want your success, they want to see you excel and they want you to illuminate the world with the Nur you've taken from them and spread the knowledge you've learnt from them so that this could be a means for their salvation in their Aakhirah. I conclude with a quote by Imam Abu Hanifah ؒ who said, "I love the righteous although I don't consider myself from amongst them. However, I have hope in Allah's mercy, that he will grant me Jannah, due to the love I have for them". May Allah make us such students, help us derive full benefit from our great teachers and grant all of our teachers a house near the prophet ﷺ in Jannatul Firdous #Islam#Teacher#Iman#InstaIslam#Ustaadh#Aalim#Ulema#Student#Talib#Tullab#Madressah#Adab#Usool#Respect#Kindness#GoodEtiquettes#ImamSaheb#ImamAbuHanifah#ImamAbuYusuf#ImamMuhammad#ImamZafar#Tarbiyyah#GoodStudent#QualitiesOfASuccessfulMuslim#Muslim#Muslimah#Deen#GoodHeart#WordsOfWisdom#RespectYourTeachers
This is for all those popular Islamic accounts. Let it not be that you're one person on Instagram, then totally different in person. The very piety you carry on your account, your piety should be more than that in person. Hadhrat Shaykh; Shaykh Zakariyyah ؒ used to say that whenever I used to give advice or a lecture, I used to ponder over what I needed the most in my life and then look into it. So after the speech, automatically my life begins to bring all the Ilm (Knowledge) shared, into Amal (Practice). Similarly, dear accounts, your posts should be the same. Let it not be that you spend soo much time occupying yourself in perfecting others, that you forget to rectify your own self. Because at the end of the day, you'll be questioned about yourself first, then others. Your followers and likes can be in the millions, yet what value are your posts if you have no Ikhlaas behind it? The first 3 to be thrown into the fire isn't the drunken one, the Girl without hijab or the man without beard. Rather it'll be the Reciter, the martyr and the generous one because their intentions were corrupt. Mountains of good deeds without Ikhlaas will turn to dust. May Allah grant us True Ikhlaas and grant us deep understanding of his Deen #Islam#MessageForIslamicAccounts#IslamicAccounts#InstaIslam#IslamicScholar#ShaykhSaleemDhorat#ShaykhZakariyyah#Muhaddith#Mufassir#Ulema#Aalim#PiousPersonalities#WordsOfWisdom#AtTazkiyah#StepsToRighteousness#Piety#Taqwa#Ikhlaas#Sincerity#GoodDeeds#Ilm#Knowledge#StudentsOfKnowledge#TalibEIlm#TalibIlm
This little bird jumped putting all of its trust in Allah, no matter how many rocks it was hit by or whatever came it's way, it was determined to get to its parents. Similarly, you should be firm on your Deen and be determined to get to Allah following the method taught to us by the beloved prophet ﷺ. Problems are bound to come your way, but the important thing is working your way around them, not letting them get to the best of you and continue following your heart. That's why you should try to stay strong, never give in and do what you love doing. Depression, laziness and giving up, all comes from Shaytan that's why the prophet ﷺ sought refuge from these things #Islam#Reminder#Geese#Goose#Sadness#Depression#Muslim#NeverGiveUp#StayStrong#Similitude#InstaIslam#AllahsCreation#Tawakkul#TrustAllah#Advice#Muslimah
