Downtime essentials: Majority of my holidays include time off and away from exercise and macro counting. I always find it refreshes the mind, body and ignites the drive for when you get back into the routine.
9.5 weeks out starting to tighen up now. Currently doing 20mins fasted intervals and 30 mins pwo liss. Decided to start cycling my carbs down with 4 days at 165g, 1 day at 0-50g and 2 highs between 300-400g. Feeling full and on track 💪.
