Happy Monday! 💕🌟As summer has gone and we head into winter I'm stocking up on frozen fruits to add to my porridge! Today I used blueberries, blackberries and cherries, with of course PJ and a 3 squares of vegan chocolate 🙈
VEGAN CHOC MOUSSE 😍🙌🏼What if I told you, this mousse was made from aquafaba (canned chickpea water), rice malt syrup and cocoa? Aquafaba contains the same protein as egg whites, which when whisked forms a thick consistency - magic! Next time you have a can of chickpeas, don't put the water down the drain - make mousse or meringue with it!
