If you are having a hard time finding time to meditate, try practicing meditation while preparing your meals. Really think about what the earth has created using the sun, moon earth and water and all of the vitamins and nutrition in each item prepared. . Send love to your food and thank the creation for manifesting such wondrous things and really try to be in the present moment as you wash, gently cut and honor the preparation.
Even the simplest cereal will turn into a work of art full of love that your body will receive and energetically accept
