Oh my oh my that is deliciously divine for my handful of nuts today - afternoon tea is decadent chocolate nut cake - easy to make and so so so good

Used up the rest of my black tahini to make these pistachio and rose water balls. Getting a bit too fancy with the flavours 😂 but they are easy and tasty! 3 dates, 3 tbsp tahini, 1/2 cup rolled oats, 1/4 cup pistachios, 1 tsp rose water blend until sticky and roll in crushed pistachios 😊

My Mediterranean Pizza. Dough made with healthy yoghurt and flour. Paste - Cannellini bean, tomato and mascarpone cheese. Topped with garlic prawns, tomato, baby capers, pinenuts. Once cooked add fresh lettuce and spinach leaves coated in olive oil, vinegar and salt. Extra Mascarpone cheese and shavings of lemon zest scattered over pizza.
