I usually get ideas for blogs and emails while I'm out walking, soooo I've just started taking stream of consciousness videos while I walk to help remember what exactly I was thinking about at the time! Talking about "busy-ness" today and taking control of your own schedule! Easy. Awesome. Good. Quinoa. Chicken breasts. Salsa. Water, double amount quinoa put in the cooked. I measure nothing, because that takes time I don't have! Set to low for 6-8 hours. Once done, add one can drained black beans and shred chicken in pot. I use it for a stuffed burrito. Picture of finished product coming next!
On my way to getting a manicure during lunch break. Lesson learned? Use time wisely! I got my nails done and managed to eat lunch within 1 hour 💅🏽👄

💪🏼 If you love lifting weights than this is the program for you! You get such a great sweat session in each day in minimal time and minimal cardio👍🏽 . I lucked out today with being called off work so I could get my workout in when I felt like it. On other days working out in the morning and getting it done and over with would be preferred but I'm sooooo not a morning person. It would leave so much more time throughout the day to focus on other priorities and things that need to get done. Such better time management⏱ . 📽 Well, my day started by 6 am, did some quick gym, went to saloon to make my hair, got ready and went to the agency to do new snaps, running to do castings with my traveling baggage coz i have to reach for shooting which is at 5pm 🏃🏻♀️ But I love it, being productive is the best thing ✌️️🤗
Wednesday's Workout brought to you by "haters gonna hate" 50 - Jumping Jacks 40 - crunches 30- Sumo Squats 20- push ups 10- oblique twist 5- Burpees Repeat 2-3 times -------------------------------------- 2min 20 Second Squats 10 Second Squat hold 2min 20 second squat hold 10 second squats This is a two part workout. You can do the first 6 exercises 2-3 rounds depending on your fitness level and the time you have to workout! Try to go through the exercises without rest until you get to the end and then rest as needed before starting another round. 1-3 min! After you finish the second part of the workout is called a finisher workout! You will need a timer, stop watch or second hand on a clock what ever works for you! You will do squats for 20 seconds then squat hold for 10 seconds you then 20 second squats then squat hold for two min! Once completed with the round rest and then do the reverse 20 seconds squat hold and 10 second squats for two min! The squats should be done in a quick manner with good form! You can repeat as you like!
